25 Sets a week, 65% show rate, 15% close rate
TIME
Full time, no multiple offers. One of our core values is Fokiss. You'll have a flexible schedule. Inform the team if your schedule changes; everyone is happy to cover each other. Hitting your numbers is all that matters, not how long you work.
COMPENSATION
Paid monthly. Base pay contingent on passing a 14 day trial period. If you do not pass the 14 day bootcamp you will not receive a base for those two weeks. If you do pass it, your base pay will be paid for the trial period.

+$500 bonus at 10 sales (KPI)
+$750 bonus at 15 sales
+$1000 bonus at 20 sales
+$1250 bonus at 25 sales
+2% on cash top performer bonus
+Self generated referral bonuses
ON TRACK EARNINGS
Currently setters are averaging $2,500-$4,500 / month, potential for more this is up to you.

Qualifying Leads:
Gather and assess information to qualify leads.
Determine potential interest and fit.
Appointment Scheduling:
Secure appointments for sales representatives.
Coordinate schedules efficiently.
Nurture to ensure they did the homework and show up
Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled appointments.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain customer relationship management software.
Performance Tracking:
Awareness of personal key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback to improve team & personal strategies.
Reporting:
Complete EOD process
Submit commissions
Attend meetings and engage
Results:
Hit and exceed KPI
Forecasting accurate projections If you miss projection or KPI, you must know why and have a plan to improve.
