ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

SETTER


DESIRED OUTCOME OF ROLE
Convert prospects' non-interest into interest by setting high-quality appointments that show up and close at a high rate, nurture and build long-term relationships, and facilitate ascension to higher-tier programs to increase lifetime value.

MONTHLY SCORECARD ACCOUNTABILITY
Culture: People analyzer must be green, this measures culture, attitude and capacity.

KPI: 
Sales > 10 / month 
(there are obviously many more, but this is the basic output)

TIME
This full-time role typically involves 8-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week, with time off as needed. You'll have a flexible schedule. Be available on Slack from 8am to 6pm EST. Maintain high standards, accountability, and accurate projections as we work together to disrupt the education system. Inform the team if your schedule changes; everyone is happy to cover each other.

COMPENSATION 
Paid monthly, upon collecting minimum 1k first payment or full-payment of product. Base pay contingent on passing a 14 day trial period. If you do not pass the 14 day bootcamp you will not receive a base for those two weeks. If you do pass it, then your base pay will be paid for the trial period.

$1K base
$200 per sale
+$500 bonus at 10 sales (KPI)
+$750 bonus at 15 sales
+$1000 bonus at 20 sales
+$1250 bonus at 25 sales
+2% on cash top performer bonus 
+Self generated referral bonuses 

ON TRACK EARNINGS
At minimum KPI to stay on the team with 10 sales = $3,500
At 15 sales $5,250
At 20 sales $7,250
At 25 sales $9,500

CORE PROCESS

Reminder:  The outcome is most important, not the activities

Communication:
Clearly articulate compliant value propositions.

Phone Output
200-300 dials / day (opt ins, re-contacts)
In bound Triages (when ads are pumping semi qualified go to triage) 

Direct Messaging Output:
Initiate private messages to prospects on social media platforms.
Using many chat and meta as Bashar, this is a BIG lead source. 

Qualifying Leads:
Gather and assess information to qualify leads.
Determine potential interest and fit.

Appointment Scheduling:
Secure appointments for sales representatives.
Coordinate schedules efficiently.
Nurture to ensure they did the homework and show up

Follow-up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled appointments.

CRM Management:
Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Performance Tracking:
Awareness of personal key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide feedback to improve team & personal strategies.

Reporting:
Complete EOD process
Submit commissions on time
Attend meetings and engage

Results:
Hit and exceed KPI
Forecasting accurate projections If you miss projection or KPI, you must know why and have a plan to improve.

(there are obviously many more, but this is the basic output)

TIME
This full-time role typically involves 8-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week, with time off as needed. You'll have a flexible schedule aiming for 100-130 calls / month from inbound and self-generated leads. Be available on Slack from 8am to 6pm EST. Maintain high standards, accountability, and accurate projections as we work together to disrupt the education system. Inform the team if your schedule changes; everyone is happy to cover each other.

COMPENSATION
Paid monthly on cash collected.  (funding with 45-60 day delay) 

$4,800/$6500 offer =  10-12% based on performance 
$9,800/$12,000 offer =  8-10% based on performance 
+Performance bonuses 
+Self generated referral bonuses 

ON TRACK EARNINGS
$8-25K OTE
$8,000 at minimum KPI

Team Records:
Biggest month by one sales rep = $36k 
Most sales / day by one sales rep = 11
Most sales / month by one sales rep = 55
